Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact hello@charmeusa.com. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been approved.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
